Initial Screening
We gather essential information about the applicant’s background, experience, and skills to identify candidates who meet the qualifications to excel as an XP.

Assessments
Next, applicants complete an assessment, which evaluates their expertise in problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.

Interview
Shortlisted candidates are invited to a virtual interview with our team. This interview allows us to evaluate their interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and alignment with our company values and the specific needs of visionary founders.

Background Check
Candidates undergo a rigorous 3-step background verification process to ensure the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. This process is conducted and reviewed by our local team on the ground in the Philippines, and includes:
- Reference Check
- Employment History Verification
- Criminal Records Check

Incentive Training Program
New XPs begin an intensive 6-week training program (240 hours) to be fully prepared to serve as your strategic partner from day one

XP Profiling & Selection
We carefully vet and curate top-performing XP’s with strong technical and operational backgrounds. Based on your profile, we handpick two candidates who align with your needs, style, and strategic direction.
Match Presentation
In 5–6 weeks, you’ll receive access to your personalized matching portal. You’ll review two recommended XP’s and choose the best fit—with the option to request one re-match if needed.
Confirmation & Onboarding
Once matched, your Client Success Manager will guide a structured onboarding to set goals, refine workflows, and build momentum from day one.

- Inbox and calendar audits to kickstart optimization
Week 3–4: Integration & Feedback
- Weekly check-ins to fine-tune delegation
- Begin expanding task scope
- EOS support integration (if applicable)
Week 5–8: Expansion & Efficiency
- Onboard personal task support (household, travel, meetings)
- Delegate more complex workflows
- Midpoint check-in to assess progress and refine strategy
Week 9–12: Special Projects & Long-Term Strategy
